Damn Orange color everywhere!!!

Since the fu***** patch i can't play properly at All Source game bc i lost all color... all is ORANGE!!!
All other game i can play without prob
This prob apear when HL2:MP came out
i re-download :all source files
re-installe steam
re-download all source games
re-install twice my video card with new and old driver(no difference)
i drop my video graph at MIN

And all theses things dont work

Seriously though, I think that's what it is supposed to look like after you get killed in DM, and you're waiting to spawn. Don't know why it stays like that for you though.
