although i suppose thats unfair all the bonds were unknowns when they started bar Brosnan but he was only a small support role player not a big star

I've only seen him in Tomb Raider, he didn't stand out much there.

Might as well comment on this....

Craig's a great actor and a good choice for bond, but I would've rather they got someone younger since they're going back to Bond's roots. Craig's about 37 years old. But in all, I'm quite happy with the pick of the new bond.
