I notice threads like the first one in the spoilers section named something along the lines of "OMFG TEH FREEMAN DIES" Murno closed is ASAP, but why dont you guys delete it? Is it harder? Or do you want to show that dicks arent tolerated

Personally I'll close wherever possible because it shows people what they can and can't post in that forum. If we delete a thread then someone else may post the same thing a few hours later because they don't know the original post existed.

If a point or example needs to be made, I'll issue a close. If it's just pure spam or some kind of serious spoiler that requires no further attention, then it will be deleted.
