As many of you know, a new "Leasure Suit Larry" game is in the works. I fealt some features should be added. Here is an email I sent to the developers. Let me know how you feel about these suggestions.
Hi all,
Just like many fellow teenage males of this nation, I am very excited about the release of "Leisure Suit Larry: Magnum Cum Laude." However, owning a game with the raunchiness and explicit material that Leisure Suit Larry games are known for, we may have reasons for keeping our copies hidden from certain individuals.
Thus, my humble suggestion. For the game cover, which goes over the game case, you should make it two-sided. On one side, you have the regular cover. On the other, you have a fake, generic looking FPS game cover, to hide our shameful purchase (not that I would be ashamed. Far from it. It's just that my girlfriend would be ashamed if she found it.)
More importantly, I feel this should be implimented into the game. There should be a button in the game, like the black button for Xbox, that is the assigned "MOM/GIRLFRIEND" button. When pressed, the game will switch to an in-progress game of Tetris. This would prevent very awkward moments when a mom/girlfriend walked into the scene. Of course, a mom/girlfriend seeing her son/boyfriend with a huge boner while playing Tetris will be awkward still, but not much can be done about that in such short notice.
I hope you take these suggestions seriously. I know you are far in the development of this game, but the additions won't be too hard to put in. Besides, you will save the dignity of many horney college students by adding these features in.
