desktop icon for shutting down?

anyone know how to make that icon on the desktop that shuts down your computer? i cant remember what it is exactly, and i know you have to do something like type in some command to do it. thanks

I don't want to test it right now since I'm playing a game. But create a txt file, put that command in it, then rename the .txt extention name to .bat. Now you can execute the file. Give it an icon of your choice.
