Destroyed FPS

When the update with the Bots addition came out, single player and multiplayer my FPS dropped to 10. Solid 10. I know people have had the problem with the single player 10 FPS, my friend had it, but i have it in multiplayer too. Would reinstalling the Source files work?

we play this game at work and two of the staff have the exact same problem. They are unfortunately the two who use laptops but were able to play the game just fine before the last update. Now they have such slow FPS that its pointless for them to play. I dont understand why this hasnt been fixed yet since its obviously effecting lots of people.

does it occur only with bots or all the time?

try reinstall....with steam its not a big deal to reinstall if you have fast internet...otherwise mail valve a bug report and sit tight...tweak some settings....or search steam forums.
