Did anyone else not recieve their gold package yet?

It seems that everyone has gotten their package...everyone except me. :flame: Is their a chance that it could've been lost? What do I do about it?

I haven't gotten it yet either. But I live in Sweden so it's semi-understandable. But my friend who ordered it for me & for himself got his?...Not the same day but hey it's the same thing anyway

Use the support page, there's some support about the HL2 Gold Edition.

Then make a question and wait for an answer, and then they'll likely answer your question.

I got mine yesterday, and i'm from Denmark, i also ordered within the first minute or so.

OMFG!!! once again:


-find a copy of your recipt that you got when you purchased hl2. itll be either email or paper whatever.
-email [email protected] its also the email within the recipt, and send them a copy of your recipt or more importantly, your name, address, city, state, country, and the verifacation numbers that are on that page. also ask for your fedex tracking number.
-wait and theyll send you all the good info and youll be happy.
