Director insisting i switch teams

So today i was having a match and the teams were so evenly match only a couple of points separating us. Yet the director kept switching me to the other team. So i switched back with the other guy and in the next round again i get switched again, so i switch back with him again. Then in the next round when we got switched it refused to let either of us spectate forcing us to stick with the teams it's forced us with. I don't see what the director had against me, why was it only me on my team getting switched? Why did it feel the need to balance when this was the most balanced match i've ever been in? (there was 87 points separating us)
The game was full from the start and no one left or joined and i find it frustrating when you get a team you like and the game forces you on the other for no reason. especially when the other guy it was switching me was was also happy with his team.

I always thought auto-balance was for when there are not enough players on one side or if one team is dominating. But this was not random the director has some sort of grudge against me.

I don't think it has anything to do with balance. It's just one of the several bugs in the game. Extremely annoying to get two players switched in a 4 friends vs 4 friends game, especially when the game's really even and then you can't switch back for whatever reason.

I know exactly what you mean, extremely annoying especially when you are battering the other team and are working well with the players you have, only for to get thrown on the loosing side.
