I noticed that too. No word on what's different; looks like it's dated July 1, 2003 on the download page direct from Microsoft.

Doubt it will fix the little FSAA tabacle recently uncovered by Valve; hopefully we'll see a 9.1 or at least 9c that will fix that by September 30th of this year.

It's not alot better. All it really it really is, is a patch for that midi flaw. Basically, if you didn't know, and overbuffer directx and send you a virus/trojan through a midi file.

Drivers not 9.0

I got it all fixed, it was the newest NVIDIA driver. I reinstalled harware and the old driver (came w/ ut2003).

There are the threads in Rumors and Speculation that get revived because a nub has something to say.
