Do I still get a cd?

I purchased the Silver Edition HL2 package from Steam. Will I still get all the cd's for all the programs in that package?

Nope. Thats where the steam backup program comes in.

Just right-click on HL2 in the steam menu and click backup.

As long as the games are tied to your account, you can download them again as many times as you like.
