do warnings ever go away?

The "warning maturity" states how many days the warning will be active, I believe.

Therefore your warning for spam CREMATOR666 will expire 20 days after it was first issued. But, let's say you have 10 days left on the warning, and then you get warned again for spam, that will then add another 20 days on and so you'll have to wait 30 days before it gets removed.

Although, that might be wrong :)

I think if he gets a second warning, then the first is still removed after 10 days if 10 have already passed, and the second warning continues for 20.

Meh just tell him he's got them for good ;) hehe

Or just repeat it. It's kind've getting annoying though being repeated and repeated in my ear by Media Player (with it's amazing HL2 skin :P)

But I think that the standard length is 20 days
Basically, no, they're not there forever unless you keep spamming :P
