Do we get some info about DoD Source before release?

Do you guys think that we will get some info about DoD Source before its release?

Will the mod be released at the same time as Half-Life 2?

I bet not. I bet only CS:S is released, then TFC:S and DOD:S and etc like months down the road, but before the year is over for sure. We better be hearing something about TF2.

i don't think its particularly necessary but some screens would be good. Main thing is, lets get the game out then spend many glorious hours worrying about such things.

You can`t compare DoD with Call of Duty.

Call of Duty is a single player arcade with decent multiplayer and "ok" graphics.

For DOD I would like to know nothing except the release date. We've seen a lot of HL2 and CSs, so this I would like to go into fresh.

Graphics don't make a game, sure it adds cool points, but what would you rather play 6-year old Counter Strike or Tactical Ops?

BTW CoD has better graphics that DoD.

i think it will be available in the Collectors Edition along with the other source conversions.. that is the least one can expect out of a Collectors Edition.

I don't see why CS: Source would be free and ready at the HL2 release but DOD not. Unless valve are going to be gay and treat CS like some spoiled child while DOD is some bastard step-child.

I'm guessing they will make a little value pack with all the source ports at stores, but still available for free download (at least CS and DOD) like they did with CS back in the day.
