Personally I HATE mcdonalds. Even more now with al those I'm lovin it commercials.

urgh, right now I can't stand them. Their nuggets are like rubber encased in 3-month old bread, and their burgers taste like, well.......I'm not sure exactly, doesn't taste very good though.

I guess if my sister didn't want McDonalds all the damn time I would hate them less.

and mcdonalds... eh; its alright, but the cheeseburgers are so scrawny. I have to eat a triple to get any meat at all, and thats disgustingly greasy. I eat at carl's jr. or kfc or something more. they at least make up for the tortured quasi-animals with taste.

Applebee's is really good though, but thats not really fast food.

Yeah, you're right about that. The chicken nuggets are horrible, and most of the time their hamburgers taste disgusting, I guess it depends on where you go.

if oz is australia, thats understandable. McDonalds is less fastfoodish overseas I've noticed, at least in russia. theres a two story tall one in moscow, I was like "wtf?!." They make you pay for extra ketchup and condiments and stuff. Costs a lot more too. America is saturated with crappy mcdonalds, but in russia they are (supposedly) not so bad. restaurant-ish.

has anybody seen their nuggets commercial. there's a group of kids in a mcdonald's eating nuggets and one of them is like "there's something different with these nuggets" and all the kids are saying something to the effect of "yeah, somethings changed", "what's changed", etc. i ended up saying out loud "Now with ground up pig snout!!" (I have no idea where pig snout came from, it was a spur of the moment thing)... the commercial said "Now with white meat" or something like that. Whatever, lies, all lies! :cheese:

The commercial should have lines like:

"So that's why the meat isn't a greyish-brown anymore!"

or

Yeah, I know! When I saw that commercial I couldn't help but wonder what they used in their nuggets before that?

There was a story on the news, I think, about fast food restaurant cleanliness. They looked through some health violations for 10 chains. They said McDonald's was the second best for cleanliness--totally surprised me. I think they said Taco Bell was the cleanest.

I work at McDonalds right now. One in Nova Scotia, Canada. Ask me some questions about it, real ones, and Ill see if I can answer any you have. Most people thought that once I started working there, I would not want to eat the food. But the opposite happened, I trust the food more now then I did before.

As for you people saying KFC is better and has less grease...I...I.....speachless.

hmm, interesting. my 9th grade biology teacher told us all to work at mcdonald's--that way we'd never want to work there again; that was the day he brought all his books about harmful bacteria in fast food and spent half a day talking about that. but then of course, he probably never actually worked there. although mcdonald's in the US might be dirtier than the ones in Canada.

i think the food tastes pretty good, but what it does to yur health and how fattening it is causes me not to eat it. I totally stopped eating fast food a long time ago. Subway for me lol. And as for those nwe "i'm lovin it" commercials, it makes me wanna punch ronald in the face. Its just some stupid new compaign aimed at younger people. Notice how they throw in rap and all that stupid crap. "yo got my burger and fries" with their stupid rhymes, i can't stand it lol.

I used to like MD, I thought they had good french fries and chicken nuggets. I'd get them both and mix em together like fish and chips. But then they changed they way they make them now, trying to be more healthy I guess. Dammit, if I wanted to be more healthy do you think I would be eating at McDonalds in the first place!

I kinda like those McGriddles with the bacon, reminds me of the pancake sandwhichs I used to make for Sunaday breakfast. Though I wish they could cook the egg so the yoke isnt like a lump of dry chalk.
