I'm just curious because once i crossed the Breen spoiler pic i was extremelly pissed, it was by accident too. I was just wondering if the majority of the people here look at these new reviews that are leaked that contain spoilers or if they aren't, possibly maybe even leaving the forums or avoiding these kinds of topics. I am avoiding them for sure now because I know to much about HL2 as it is. :(

I'm trying not to, but it's hard as people puts them directly inside unsuspicious looking threads :(

I'm not afraid that it will ruin my gaming experience, maybe the storyline twists a little, but that won't stop me from having as much fun. This game I will play over and over, if it is as good as i hope, and it should not matter that i already know the story, if the gameplay is good.

I'll read reviews, but I don't consider those spoilers...

Spoilers tend to ruin everything for me...none spoilers whatsoever around here...

I have not even watched the last three binks. I didn't want to look at the lastest flood of screenshots but it became inevitable.

Half-Life was such a fresh experience. I really want Half-Life 2 to be as much of one as possible.

i voted no.. well, i read reviews, but i usually just look at the summary, b/c i hate spoilers of any sort with a passion.

I read the review scores but not the reviews themselves. I don't really care which parts the reviewer didn't like, because it'll probably be different for me. I just wanted to get a good general idea of what other games HL2 compared with.

Yeah I remember playing knights of the old republic on xbox and a friend of mine comes in who had finished it and says, did you find out that you are the sith lord and you have memory loss? I look at hime like WTF? I throw the controller in his face and tell him next to STFU. Spoilers suck even more so when you can't help it. Like when you tivo monday night football and the same friend calls and says, you owe me 10 bucks cause the niners lost. Dude I haven't watched the game yet WTF. The moral of the story is I need to cut out my friends tongue. But anyways, if you didn't want to know anything about HL2 then YOU WOULDN'T BE HERE> YOU WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE GAMING COMMUNITY AS POSSIBLE. But you can't cause your hooked on Half Life 2 like crack.

heh...a friend of mine told me that Trinity is gonna die just minutes before i went to watch Revolutions for the first time...some assholes...

I just bought the recent star wars dvd box set the other day, having never seen it before and the dude behind the counter said that his favourite bit is when Lord Vadar tells Luke that he's his father - WTF!???? Thanks a lot prick!

The less you know about the game the better. Aside from the fact that it rules. I will look at scores and thats all. Ignore the rest

I try not to highlight any spoilers here and read too much into those threads hehe.

Man, you just spoiled the whole game for me!............ Nah... wasn't going to play it anyway... but you might have spoiled it for some poor sod ;)

I've read them all, mostly because I wasn't ever expecting anything too major, but then I get pissed off because it revealed too much.
Either way, I calm down because the game will be awesome even if I was to read an entire walkthrough. Nothing compares to actually PLAYING the game.

Well when a game has been out for over a year, one typically thinks that the surprise effect is over. You either have to see a movie the day it comes out, play a game the day it comes out, and stay away from reviews and sites to be surprised but in this day and age it is kind of hard.
