Do you want a body like Brad Pitt or Spartan in 300

5'2". Reeeeeeeally short. Almost a midget, in fact.

Short is good for a girl. Most often. As long as it's not really, really short.

Edit: 5'2" isn't that bad

I don't mean that anyone with any type of muscle is disgusting, but if I see a man with a serious 6-pack, I'm slightly put off.

Don't worry, there's plenty of women out there who aren't mesmerized by the body builder type physiques. It's incredibly common to be put off by excessive muscles.

Depends on the type of woman, really.

I'd probably choose Orlando over Brad in a "who would you do" situation. But I think they're both idiots.

Orlando: "With my poncy elf-eyes, I can see great distances, and with my light feet I can skip across the snow"
/stupid voice

Pitt: "At least I can act cool, with my awesome swagger"
/shades

Orlando: But you never bathe and have terrible personal hygiene. You smell like a Mexican sewer system!

Pitt: Oh...

I dont know, the wide variety of different excercise routines seem to be effective at first glance, i might try a few, because most of my routines are repetitive, and ive heard that repeating same sort of excercise is not the best way to build muscle/lose fat

You have to repeat excercises so you actually know when you are making progress so i wouldn't worry too much about repetition.

The most important part of the guys transformation on that website is his diet and not his workout routine. If you look at the before picture he has already built a muscular frame to start with, all that changes is his body fat percentage (which is also wrong since there is no way he is below 5% bodyfat in the last pic).

Build upper body strength by punching car exhaust systems like Todd in Soldier :p

well thats obvious, but ive heard from many trainers that same sort of exercise for extended period of time(weeks/month) doesnt have as much effectiveness as to doing a much wider variety of exercises, because of something called muscle endurance or someshit. Because the muscle is used to those same type of routines, the exercise is not as effective as it used to be or something like that. I dont know if its a fact or not, but thats what i often hear.

I do a shedload of climbing to stay in shape. It's a good system cause your muscle mass doesn't really increase but your tone does get better. I also swim.

I sense a lot of hating going on in this thread.

It's fine to stay on the same excercises for months at a time. It is more important to progressively increase the weight/reps and eat enough of the right things consistently.

I'm not hating on the guy in the videos but i do want to point out that the website content is kind of misleading. The guy was muscular to start with, he lost bodyfat which made him appear even more muscular. Losing bodyfat is to do with dieting and cardio not weight training.

Also those routines will not make you look like Brad Pitt or Gerard Butler, having a similar genetic potential/starting build/body type to those people is the main factor.

The fitness industry is so painfully full of bullshit and misleading information.

I expected at least a single image on some hardcore muscleman here for some reason. I guess no one has the ballz to google it, let alone post it here...
