Not very much. The last time I had one was when I was like, 6 so my memory of it is not very distinct, but I recall it was considerably less painful than my first arm jab. A lot less pain receptors down there.Skaadi said:

Ick, I had something weird like that on my heel at one time. When I was a little kid, I guess I was walking around outside in my gravel driveway barefoot, and got cut on some glass, and then a pebble got inside it.
