No Asus, I don't even know what softmodding is all about, if anything I may give it to a friend or give it to the guy who built my computer once I get my X800 pro, I really don't like it because there are lots of "tears" when I play a game or watch a movie on my comp.

XT = Best = Fast clock speed/ram speed
SE = Sucks, dont get it
Pro = Basically an XT downclocked and slightly worse. but very worth the price at the moment.

the Pro was the first 9800 speed-boost, with faster RAM(2.8ns on mine), the 9800 SE are 9800 Pros that didn't have 8 working pipelines or were marked as such(they might work, but it's risky), and the XT is the fastest and last of the 9800 series with the fastest(2.0ns) RAM, better heatsink, and OverDrive.

The difference in price between the 9800pro and 9800XT is worth 15$.
My math.
A 9800XT hits 114.2 FPS in UT2003 while the 9800Pro hits 107.6. (taken from a Tom's Hardware benchmark).
114.2 / 107.6 = 1.06
If a 9800Pro costs 200$ then a 9800XT should cost (200 * 1.06 = 212) 212$ based on performance in that UT2003 benchmark.

Get the 9800Pro.
