Dog?

I was just visiting some of the pages on hl2.net and while browsing through the character page stumbled onto a blank picture labelled Dog, with info that it was a robot that Alyx built. Id never heard of it before and was wondering where it showed up as news. Sorry if this has been discussed, but it wouldnt let me search since Dog wasnt 4 letters.

They've mentioned it before in magazines saying its some robot that alyx built, exactly what you said.

They never said how tall it was or anything though.

Thats a pic of the DOG while Alyx is still building it. The final model has skin covering the platform and wheels.

Even if that concept isn't DOG, I can't wait to see whatever it is in game.. I didn't think HL2 was going to have much of the industrial stuff.

I hope it's like Amee from the movie Red Planet. It was a dog-like robot that could stand on 2 feet like a human. It had amazing fighting skills.
