Would this make any car owners angry here? There was a guy at college who was an annoying idiot, so we put blossom all over his windscreen and back window. We also attached balloons to the ariel and wipers. It was finished off with a huge tree branch mounted on top. We videoed his reaction from a discrete location watching him go mental and throw it all off.

Also another time, you know those sticky rectangular stickers you use as labels? We covered an entire windscreen with them, not on the paintwork though (thats silly).

Well ... if you do that kind of stuff to someones car, they pretty much have the right to do whatever they want to you and you're in no place to complain. Seriously, he could beat you, rape you, and then kill you and all he would need to say in his defense is "He ****ed with my car." Completely justifiable.

Unless none of that stuff actually hurt the car ... then there may be some room for leniency, but he could still **** you up.

My plate is in the windshield on the driver side...took it off because the banging was driving me nuts...passed by a few cops, they dont seem to care...

Anyway, yesterday, someone poured green paint on my mother's car. Luckily, a neighborhood watch officer saw the guy, and he paid us quiet a sum of money.

fyi I think only 19 states do not need a front plate. The other states do.
