lol, hopefully this one will be mor einteresting than the last. however with the lack of hi- tech facilities (it looks more like just an archigical site), i cant see it being more interesting really :/
 
it looks like doom3 but with new guns and monsters, a mod team could have done this:/
 
Yawn. Seriously, that level design is sooo august. :afro:

I fail to see the "awesome" element in this, just seems like D3 with a couple of new weapons and monsters. I suppose a mod team could've done this.
 
wow, this would've impressed me, while waiting for Doom 3, but seriously, those new weapons should've been in Doom 3 and we shouldn't have to pay for repetitive level design... again

Perhaps this means that we will be seeing a lot more outdoor activity? D3 was too dark :hmph:

I don't know. With so many good games coming out soon, this one might have to sit on the back burner. Unless Id somehow makes this way better than doom3, I'll be busy playing other games.

Good, tons of games for me to look forward. HL2, Oblivion and this one in the close future - which is a lot for me, given that I really don't look forward to more than one game, if any, at a time usually.

I'll gladly pay for more levels like in the original Doom3. ID level design is still masterful - and any mapper can create a repetitive, tedious map, yet somehow millions love ID maps.

I'll probably get the expansion anyway. I know. I have a problem.
 
:hmph: I just have a bad feelings about expansion for Doom III, doesn't seem right. Like how in hell are they going to add flexibility to make it not seem played out. I will still get it though, to see if I am right or wrong.
 
pfft, same old scary gameplay that gets boring after a week.

This is definetly not a buy, but a "borrow" expansion.

Too many other games to spend money on.
