Those pictures of the pinky demon eating the zombie may look plasticky, but those shots are from the trailer at E3 2003. If you've seen some of the newer footage, ID has reduced the plasticity of the game considerably. Fear not, Doom 3 will not be a Far Cry shine-o-rama.

Has anyone seen the new Doom 3 trailor? the monsters disingrate after you kill them! pathetic. They just burn up kind of like the vampires in buffy the vampire that's why its being aloud, they played the game, but ID MADE SOME HUGE CHANGES, I don't know how they are going to make it "scary" if there isnt any blood, becuase doesn' that usally create the mood?

Silent Hill 2 isn't all that gory (besides one or two scenes0, but it's the scariest game I've ever played. Blood doesn't = scary.
