After its surprise reveal during The International 2015 All-Star Match, the 10v10 custom gamemode promised by Valve has officially been released into the Dota 2 Reborn Beta!
As the name suggests, this Valve-created gamemode doubles the number of possible Dota 2 combatants to create a rather insane and imbalanced brawl where each player gains an increased income of both gold and experience. To prevent the gamemode from becoming a totally one-sided stomp fest, a number of heroes have been disabled and cannot be picked in 10v10, including Bloodseeker and Silencer, both of whom benefit greatly from global abilities.
Today's update to the Reborn Beta also introduced support for up to 24 total players in custom matches, meaning it's likely only a matter of time until already hectic gamemodes like Pudge Wars become even more cluttered. The 10v10 gamemode can be downloaded from the Steam Workshop or via the in-game Custom Games tab!
