Double Alyx bug?

This has only happened during one playthrough of HL2, but Alyx spawns at the very beginning of every map that has Alyx in it. This Alyx is in addition to the Alyx that is supposed to be in the map.

The second Alyx does not do anything but follow you around. She doesn't shoot, speak, respond to movement commands, or interfere with the scripts of the real Alyx. It doesn't affect the gameplay much, but it is kind of wierd to see two Alyx's at the same time. She disappears as soon as you enter a map with no Alyx. Anyone else experience this?

No, haven't messed with the NPC console commands at all. If anything, I might have used noclip to look around. No other console commands that I can remember though.

Have you tried locking her behind a door or boxing her in with crates or something, maybe jumping down a hole? Just to get rid of her.

Just no clip around the map and you'll find him, I like spawning a headcrab in his place, so as it looks as if lamaar has taken over city 17
