so why dont you post those threads instead of polluting my thread with people dying in somalia? are you really that lazy?
It's crap like this post right here that make it unenjoyable to post on certain forums. No need for forum elitism.Sorry, could you please link your reply to an internet article of some sort and please quote a relevant paragraph.
While we're at it, let's just skip the thread process entirely and all visit reddit regularly :V
I guess NO new threads are better than new ones not to your standards, then, right? Just relax man it's just the net. Its no big deal and its okay to slip into elitism once in a while, just nip it before it gets out of hand. How is that elitist? Am I part of a select group of people who holds disproportionate power over others? If anything, Stern, the man who rolled over his post count, is the elite party in this argument, but I still don't see how elitism factors into any of it.
My complaint is that he posts more internet links on a discussion board than I get forwarded emails of cat videos from my relatives. It devolves the forum into a link dump. When I replied, he had the 5 most recent threads all about internet articles on penises or other craptacular news. This just happened to be the most mundane of them all.

Ever since Stern's Threads was floated on stock exchanges around the world, the value has been fiercely debated - Can a virtual commodity with no real substance really have value? This is a question that I think will be discussed for many years to come. I don't have the answer. But one thing is for sure; Stern's Threads is here to stay.
