Last i checked this is GREATEST VILLAIN not EVIL,
Bowser not as evil as Kerrigan but he's still a villain and he's an AWESOME one.
Doing stuff to a universe is nothing if their whole character is out of whack
Keriigan is a great villain for obvious reasons but bowser is a great villain for being one of the most Awesomest villain

GLaDOS is really cute and mean and all, but I never felt quite the same about her once I played System Shock 2. I still love her dearly, she holds a special place in my heart. Once I played SS2, GLaDOS' sadistic jokes were drowned out by Shodan as she physically and verbally violated me without the comfort of a sarcastic quip

It's like having a girlfriend who teases you and stuff... but then a few years later you get a different girlfriend who is holding a whip, and you are like "hehe, you remind me of my old girlfrien-" and then she just ****in whips you and tells you to shut the **** up.

He's not. Combine were the villain. He was doing what he thought best for humanity, not just to be a dick. Even though that was the end outcome- the ends didnt justify the means, he didn't do it just to bleed us dry like the combine.
