Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy and Firefly, among other things) has released the first act of Dr Horrible's sing-along blog. GO WATCH IT

Act two will be released on the 17th, and the final act will be released on the 19th. After that a DVD will be released, which I am so buying.

It might be your connection isn't good enough, the videos are higher quality than youtube.

That third episode was really sad. The people I watched it with didn't much care for it (and I can see why) but I thought it was a fitting end. Very sad though

It's decent.
Picture quality's ace.
Special features include small featurettes like the comic con unveiling, making ofs, and rather boring Evil League of Evil applications.
There's a few easter eggs too, but I won't spoil them for you if you get the DVD.

Also, yeah there's a musical commentary that I might check out some day when I'm bored with nothing to do.

I'd say it's worth getting, I really enjoyed it.
