Really really really good technique and fast playing, and I respect them for that, but its not the kind of music I'd listen to.

These guys would be alot better if they just toned it down a bit and showed more seriousness and musicianship. More meaningful lyrics and hooks would also help in their listenability.

There are alot better bands about then DragonForce, saying that i have seen them a good 5 times now, they put on a really damn good show. Good at playing the crowd and really do have fun. I would recommend seeing them to anyone.

Similer power metal styles but so much better, its not about speed although speed is obviosly part of it. Just far better bands.
