I've been looking to buy a tablet for a while now, but instead of just going by reviews on the internet, i wanted to get all of you guys' opinions. What are some of the cheapest, yet good graphic tablets on the market. Im looking in the less than 75$ ish range. Thanks!

oh yeah... and digital cameras while im at it :)

at least 3 megapixels, some sort of optical zoom. < $350ish

I have a Wacom Graphire 2, but the Graphire 3's are out now, you could probably find a Graphire 2 for about 50-60$ US. I bought mine about a year ago for 80$ Canadian. I love it, it is really great with photoshop and it comes with Painter(another Photoshop like program) I would definitally recomend it for that price!

I currently own a Wacom graphire 2, I love em.

Graphire 2, all the way...best bang for the buck. I spent $400 on an intuos2 9x12, but seem to enjoy my tiny Graphire2 ($99) more. The smaller tablets are just easier to handle, and draw just as well.

Don't go with anything besides Wacom. I've seen some cheap tablets out there, with very fancy boxes - but Wacom is definately the artists choice. Stick with what's proven.

Totally agree's, I owned a trust before, it was pretty big, but also pretty useles, you needed to put battery's into the pen and it made the plastic burst. so trust is a big no no for graphic tablets. wacom is the best! they might kost more but they are worth the extra money

I've got a Graphire 2. It's working fine. (although I ****ed up the installation this time, I think, because it's laggy as hell. and it wasn't like this before)

Graphire2 is cool to begin.

get a graphire 2 but be careful with it VERY CAREFUL i remember freaking out when i accidentaly dropped the pen and then one day i lost it aaaaaaaah.
u could laways save up and go in for an intuous it really depends on what ur using it for.

If you just started, dont buy a intuos, its a bit to hard to handel. i suggest to start of with a graphire 2. It is exelent for the beginners. and when you might go pro, then the intuos comes inplace of the graphire 2 for the higher drawing surface and more sensetive pressure thingy.

Well, the pressure accuracy is much more sensetive on the intuos. Its bigger, the pen has tilt support. So you can almost use it as a digial airbrush. Anything is much more professional on the intuos and not recommmendable for the beginners, Because it takes alot more effort to get used to.
