driv3r was good... not the so called "pile of shit" people tend to lable it as... I had alot of fun with it... specialy directors mode


Though i have never tried the pc version...

I have the PS2 version and i think it is a very poor game singleplayer wise, the AI is terrible, the graphics are crap, the level design is simply appaling...

On the plus side however i could spend a good few hours on Director mode

Um... I don't think the PC version is out yet. It may have improvements and bug fixes. It looks really nice on the screenshots and the damage system is nice.

I for one actually liked Driv3r.. the controls were fine after you got used to them.. and directors mode was fun. Of course not the best game ever, but it wasn't as bad as ive heard it been called.

It was a good game. Stupid people that had never played Driver before expected GTA and they didn't get it. That's why it got such a bad reputation. Although I preferred the older games because they were much harder, Driver 3 was still a good game.

I loved Driver and Driver 2. And i hope Driv3r will be as good as the older games. And i dont understand why all people say, It sucks, worst game ever. :/

I've got in on Xbox, I don't know what's up but the graphics are much better than any GTA game. The PS2 version however did look like crap, but then again so do most PS2 games (except GT3+4 etc.). Take a look at the PS2 BiA. Looks pretty horrible, things like gun models are so low poly, the scope on the sniper is a hexagon dammit. But anyway, the singleplayer story was pretty damn poor, didn't enjoy the missions much - but I did like the free roaming mode alot, and the director mode Don't think it's worth the money, but it's not the flaming pile of shit it's been labelled.

Played it, beat it, did nothing for me. It's only worth 4.0 out of 10 IMO. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are hardcore in driving-specific mission games.
