Well, here is all of the poems I have came up with so far. Tell me which one ya like the best. I will choose it and send it to this program at our high-school called Voices & Visions.

Breaking of Two Hearts
When two people fall in love
It seems that they have the world
It seems that they have all they need
And It seems it is more than they've ever had
But when or if the time shall come
That they shall depart, and be nevermor
It won't take long, for them to realise
That actions cause reactions, the factor of life

They wish they could take it back
The things that they said
They took love for granted
Like so many before them
Like so many that will
But just remember
That love is not a given
But it is earned
Cause actions cause reactions
The Breaking of Two Hearts

True love, what does it mean?
Does it mean loyalty and respect, how can that be?
People today claim true love at first sight
But can love really happen without seeing inside?
Love is not something that is caused purely by flesh
It is something that is grown and something you should respect
Cause without respect, love is not pure
No more pure than a fighter without fight
So tell me now, and awnser why
How can love happen at first sight?

Inside
My love is pure and my loyalty is true
Why can't that get through to you?
Why must you refuse to hang out with me?
Are you to good to be with me?
Let me tell you now, for you may never know
What is good enough for you, is good enough for me
Why can't you see that my love is pure
Is it because you can't be sure of your love?
I may not be the best thing to look at
But I can assure you that I'm great to hang out with
I can make you laugh and make you smile
Why can't you see through the outside and see the inside

Last Thoughts - Im not thinking of sending this in, just something I came up with real quick

The truck is slow and time is too
All I can do is think of you
I hear a crash and look to my left
I see a firey figure that is smashed
The truck stops and we get the command
The enemy has ambushed our unstoppable caravan
I look left and right and see soldiers running
Bullets fly by and blood is pumping
The ground flys up and limbs are too
My only thought is of you
The sky turns black as the smoke rises
The noise so loud and yet so silent
I feel a sharp pain fly through my body
I fall down in all my glory
I look down and see blood
My last thought comes up
I see your smile and I hear your voice
Telling me goodbye
All is silent.....................

And for my personal favorite

Courageous Pride
Bullets and artillery fill the air,
The sky is filled with heavy led,
There is nowhere to go, and nobody to care,
You hold your rifle, as the wind blows through your hair.
You hear your commander screaming "Charge the Lines!"
Then you stand up....Courageous Pride.
You pick up the flag, shining red, white and blue,
You see your enemy, staring at you.
You're filled with anger, pain and pride,
You charge the line, as bullets fly by.
You pick up your rifle, and hold the flag,
As time seems to be standing still, you run fast,
As fast as you can, your adrenaline pumping,
All goes red, you feel the pain, and scream in vain,
As the bullet passes through your vein,
You fall down, and see the sky, all goes black
You have died

Please gents, please tell me what ya think. I know some of them suck, but there is one or two I really like.

I like em all, except the last line of Corageous Pride. But I will always prefer:
The Plight of the Spork

The Spork.
It's got no identity,
Half spoon, half fork:
A bicultural utensil
Spawned by a commercial world,
By a people to cheap to pay
For two different tools
To shovel food into their gaping mouths.
Chicken, Corn, Steaming mashed potatoes.
One utensil does it all,
Except soup.
Which drips from between
the prongs cut from the body
otherwise spoon.
The graceful, rounded curves
Are mangled by the slits through its belly.
The dignified tines of a fork,
Bloated by the spoon's bowl;
A mismatched Frankenstein that never should have been.
Part spoon, part fork.
It's got no identity, no history of past.
It's like Greed incarnated.
Too lazy to use,
Too cheap to buy,
A fork and a spoon which do the job better.
It's neither a mangled spoon,
Or a bloated fork.
Its got no identity.
Its simply a spork.
