No problem, eh? I click the bookmark icon and...

Where did this come from/what might cause it?

My guess is spyware. But I'm assuming you've checked the link for the bookmark to make sure that it didn't accidentally get changed right?

Yes I have, thats why its in the screen as well. The bookmark link is still www.Facebook.com, and its not just Facebook, its Scion.com and Youtube as well.

Have you tried this right here? See if the AVG Safe Search add-on is disabled.

It's either that or a setting in the about:config page of Firefox that was changed when AVG or something else was installed on your computer. It's just like when you install AIM, it changes your default address bar search engine in Firefox to one powered by AOL.

Get the Adblock Plus app for Firefox!

go to extentions, click on the 'get addons' tab and then search for 'adblock plus' its the best little program ever

Don't they ever realize no one ever wants their default search changed. So goddamn annoying.

QFT.

Thanks Sham, that seems to have worked.

Warped, thanks for the tip on adblock plus, hopefully this ends all the Youtube ads.
