I found this while i was looking around.
Good for making custom dvd cases.

There's a tool that comes with Nero Burning ROM - it also makes covers.

If you take videos with your DV camera, then wan't to burn them to a DVD and make a cover for it then thats pretty usefull...

Then theres the more blatantly obvious reason most people use those for.
