With our feature set complete and just a few tid bits of art assets still to be added, Dystopia is now under going furious amounts of play testing. Last night we organised the first ever clan Dystopia match, breaking our testers into two teams which we plan to continue using right through to the release of the demo.

We have previously played pickup games, selecting two captains and having them choose teams. These previous matches allowed us a great insight into the depth of strategy and tactics which Dystopia opens up. So we decided to take it one step further and keep the same groups of guys together to allow them to specialise at certain tasks and roles.

I snapped off a bunch of screenshots during last night's match, which we're proud to share with the public. I've included 4 here on the front page and there's another 8 posted into the media gallery. Enjoy!

Screens at www.dystopia-game.com and the gallery http://dystopia-game.com/media/main.php?g2_view=core:ShowItem&g2_itemId=1935

Cheers,

So this will be a really great MOD, i cant wait for the DEMO.

The creens are amazing, nice work guys.:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

this and insurgency are my two most wanted mods planned, so keep up the unfreakin' believably good work and keep us posted... does anybody know when it is planned to be released?

Dysopia is probably the sexiest mod I've seen for HL2 so far. I just love the ranking names.

The screenshots look amazing as always, Dystopia never fails to impress me.

Release Date: When it's done !!

But the DEMO will be released soon!!

I'm getting mixed signals here. is this a DEMO or a full fledged MOD? it's just that a demo suggests that they will expect us to pay something to play a full version.

Demo isn't necessarily a synonym for "free trial." It can also mean the product is not finished but you want to let people try it before you actually finish the product, since it may be a while until that happens (or you want feedback so you can change/fix things before the full release). In this case, I would assume it would be the latter.

It's a mod mate.

You can find all the info on there site.
