E-mail of valve people

i´ve read the valve page, but i find very dificult to know "who e-mail to know what".

So, could you guys make a list of e-mails, and what the guy of the e-mail do on HL2?

Generally speaking, if you e-mail whatever your question is to Gabe, he'll forward it to whoever can properly answer it.. then again, if you do e-mail the right people, you have a better chance of getting a reply
