E3 2004 PC Specs for HL2

I figure that this has been posted before but i haven't been able to find any info on the subject. Does anyone have the specs of the computers used to run the HL2 demo at E3 2004? Thanks.
 
I don't think it has been posted yet but I assume the demos were running on a new Radeon x800 XT. I'd also imagine a top-end processor and at least 512MB RAM.
 
What were E32K3's system specs?

The E3 2K3 machine had a 9800 Pro.
 
Yay- I have a 9800 PRO!! But what about the processor and RAM?

If I'm not mistaken, the E3 demos in 2003 were run on a Dell Dimension XPS system, so you should be able to find the specs at Dell's website.
 
The same for RAM and I think the processor was a P4 2.8GHz

Man i hate it when people overuse laughing. You know that they are just smirking at best. Youll say something remotely funny, and they just ROFLAHAHALOLOLOLOL!!!!!!

People need to learn to use the 'heheh' code more, which should be used when something makes you smile. lol is for a short laugh with noise. LOL is for an extended laughing. LOLOLOLOLOL and ROFL is for a continuos, non-stopping laugh that keeps you giggling a while after the joke has past.

Im no authority on it, but people overuse it too much in threads, and it makes the place seem like a workplace where one guy is pretending to laugh really hard at the bosses awful jokes and everyones standing there uncomfortably.

And what were the system specs of the 2003 E3 computer?

It was actually run on an RM 486 with Direct X 1. Nice programming Valve!!
 
it was an x800XT, that much he would tell me. As for the rest, i'm not sure, but i could have sworn it was in a dell case again.
Last years was a 9800pro, they let me have the box after the show. Too bad it was empty...
 
Probably the same specs apart from the video card.

It was obviously running on a Nintendo Entertainment System.

I could have sworn that it was running on a 9800XT? Thats what one of the big gaming sites said, I forget.

You could get a 9800 pro, Doom 3, Half-Life 2, and a couple of shirts for the price of that damn toaster.
