Hehe, I was like "hey there's alot of crates i think ill break them up" and then I found it from behind.

There's another possible easter egg. Look behind the partition where Alyx is waiting at the beginning of the game. There's an empty Dr. Breen's Private Reserve can behind it. Alyx got thirsty.

Also one in the inn fight. If you go round the side the long way and look at the place you enter after getting blocked by the force fields you see him there as well. Someone posted a screenshot i think.
