Easter egg in BlueShift??

Today I started replaying Half Life BlueShift.
When I arrived at "Captive Frieght" I discovered this hidden face in a duct.

Anyone knows what this is?
It looks like Gordon with eggs in his eyes...

Close, but you are wrong. It is on the door inside the out-of-order toilet stall. You can see it if you jump on the toilet and start jumping up and down.

Aah that's right, I remember finding it when I was faffing about with Noclip.

I remember on maps in Duke3D when you used noclip you'd see little messages left by the map maker - I've forgotton his name now, Levellord or something.. the messages were like:

"You're not supposed to be here!"
