Wow holy shit wtf....

WWE.com and other websites (proving it's not some stupid work) have reported that wrestler Eddie Guerrero was found dead this morning.

He was one of my top three favorite wrestlers, i can't believe this just suddenly happened !!

I haven't watched wrestling for awhile but...

OMG LATINO HEAT IS DEAD!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Are they saying what he died from?

**EDIT**

OMG HE DIED IN MINNEAPOLIS! :|

Right now it's reports of heart failure. No doubt i'm sure the complications that arrise will be from his obvious steroid use (at least since joining WWE) He apparently collapsed after eating breakfast with Chavo and was brushing his teeth when he had heart failure.

Holy cow! Haven't watched that stuff for a long time now, but still. wow.

Obvious steroid abuse, but he was soooo cool

"LATINO!"

R.I.P

LATINO HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAT!

We will all miss his lowriders.

Same this here, haven't watched it in awhile but... eh...

This is what pisses me off, someone in the public eye dies and the first 2 comments are "who" and "do people still watch wrestling".

Eddie Guerrero is one of the best and most loved wrestlers in the industry and i had the joy of watching him wrestle Rey Mysterio Jr in Manchester. He did have a drink and drug problem which he got sorted out whilst going through rehab, but my friend was saying he took a nasty blow to the head when he filmed Smackdown on Tuesday evening :(.

R.I.P Eddie Guerrero - Latino Heat will live Forever.

I'm off to see Raw in Sheffield next Monday, so i wonder if anything will be done then to mark his passing.

Great. I still have no clue as to who this man is.

He was OK in the WCW, then once it merged it's just been boring.

Why would you take drugs when you had a wife and kids...

Noez! He was like the best, i mean I would never have the balls to do a flip off the ropes.

If you used some common sense and read the posts, you could gain the knowledge that he was a wrestler. And if you want to the site in the first post, i.e. www.wwe.com, you'd also know that. You could also use www.google.co.uk and type in the words "Eddie Guerrero". Perhaps then you would know who he is.

Alright, let me be more clear.

I don't care. A wrestler died. I'm sorry if missed out on his amazing contribution to... anything. I have never known anything about him. If you want to get angry with me over that, be my guest. And I'm not trying to be a dick when I say this. His death just has zero resonance within me.

I'm not pissed off at you for not caring or not know who Eddie Guerrero is, he is a wrestler who touched the hearts of millions around the world but then there are people like you who don't know who he is and yesterday was just any normal day for you. I'm pissed off at the fact that you decided to shit on a thread dedicated to someones death.

I'm also pissed off that the moderators have done nothing about your stupid little posts.

So if you don't care why are you here disrespecting a dead man, who was a great wrestler and was very good to his fans..

i came across this bit of sad news browsing another forum.
apparently Eddie had celebrated four years of being sober just the past night..at least thats what a few of his loyal fans said.

anyway, drugs and alcohol aside, i think these wrestling organizations work these stars way too hard...infact i read on a website they get no more than 20 days off through the entire year
consider that and these guys having to go out and perform 3-4 times a week plus all the works outs they need to do to keep up the strength....really its no wonder why wrestlers are dying, drugs or no drugs.

they are pushed way too hard.

I didn't know I was disrespecting him by not knowing about him.

godamn shame

i'd like to
annoyingdancingthing0uq.gif8
with Latino Heat

They're going to have a tribute on RAW tonight. I might actually tune in.

I never liked Eddie gargaedo(What me and my cousin used to call him) as a wrestler.

But, who knows he could have been a chill dude. Sucks to die though.

Then don't post?

The forum would be flooded if people opened every thread that didn't matter to them and posted "I don't care"

My initial post was a statement essentially saying "Who is this man?".

Any subsequent posts of mine have been fueled by annoyance.

for the first time in a while I watched some RAW..it was a really depressing show :(

An autopsy revealed that Eddie died in his sleep as a result of acute heart failure, caused by undiagnosed heart disease and strain put on his heart from overworking himself.

???

A nice way of wording steroid overdose, or is it literal?

how is it steroid overdose when he had been 4 years clean?
infact, he had celebrated his 4th year the night before.

anyway its no secret wrestlers are way over worked in their industry and the fact that wrestlers are dying over this cause alone is not surprising either...never mind the drugs and alcohol.

The official explanation was said to be heart failure caused by his past problems with alcohol and drugs, although clean for 4 years, the effects it had on his body and with his extremely demanding and extremely stressful job, led to an early death.

Absinthe, you're posts have been fueled by ignorance and stupidity and nothing more. But then, you can only really blame the lazy moderators for not doing their job....again and again....oh and again.

Wow. This thread is getting messy.

Hmmm. I'm not one for wrestling (well, not since the early 90's) but I did a little looking for some literature on this and discovered that Eddie Guerrero had a wife and 3 kids.

So I guess people do care about this.
