Enabling server to upload custom map to players

People always try to join my server when I am playing a custom map, but it never lets them in. I am sure this is because my server is not sending them the map. Is there a setting I can change so the server will upload the map to them? Thank you.

Valve have not enabled the feature which allows auto downloads of maps and other misc stuff.
until they do that, we all stuck having to download custom maps the old fashioned way
