So, i spared Darko, and then killed Dimitri, and ended up having Kate killed.
But i wonder, what happens if you kill darko, spare Dimitri, or any other combination? Does Roman die?

Yep, Roman dies. Dimitri sends an assassin to the wedding to kill Niko. Niko reacts fast enough to move the assassin's gun away, but it is fired in the struggle, killing Roman. Niko takes the gun from the assassin and shoots him several times in the head and chest, even after he is dead. Kate is pissed at Niko because he made the deal with Dimitri and doesn't show up at the wedding, so therefore doesn't get killed. Little Jacob leads you to Dimitri who is at the same warehouse Pegorino was at in the other ending. Dimitri kills Pegorino in the warehouse, escapes in a helicopter, you chase him with a boat, Little Jacob flies a helicopter over your boat, you get in the helicopter, chase Dimitri, you both crash on Happiness Island, you chase Dimitri on foot, shoot him, say something to him as he's dying, game over.

Killing or sparing Darko has no effect on the ending. Choosing to kill Dimitri or make a deal with him does.

I killed Darko and Spared Dimitri, and Roman got shot on his wedding day after you pull some sweet moves to dodge an assassins bullet, that bullet meant for you ends up shooting Roman.

Which sucks because now I've got 93% like with Roman, but he's dead. Kate also broke up with me and has 43% like. GAY.
