Well, you're just not very redneck at all. Getting the apostrophe in the wrong place and everything.

Actually, I take that back.
 
The sign says to please speak English, it makes perfect sense, if you can read the sign, then order in English to speed up business, it's one of the busiest resturants in Philly and they don't have time to bother with someone who speaks broken/no english
