Ep3 still in stores?

Hi all, I've been away from playing videogames for some time but now I want to check out only the best games. I've checked my local game-store but I couldn't find episode 3 or any other half-life game. Is it already out of stores or is it been added to some kind of box like the orange box?

episode three hasn't been shown to the public since 2008 and that was only concept art

it's not out and won't be coming out any time soon

Episode Three has not been released (or official announced) yet. We're still waiting on it.

Even when it is released I kinda doubt it will be in physical stores, what with steam.

You guys need to have some faith. Clearly episode 3 is coming. Portal 2, not only takes place within the Half-life universe, but it had a direct reference to Black Mesa AND the whole Borealis thing. Sure, it's taken a little longer than the previous episodes did to come out, but that's probably because they wanna make ep.3 epic. We're gonna need something great to hold us over for 20 years while we wait for Half-life 3 afterall.

I read the thread. I get that he doesn't realize the game has yet to be released. I was responding to the people making comments like "More like Episode NEVER".

It was truth spoken in jest. On top of that, people are always complaining that its been too long, or speculating that Valve has given up on the project. I suppose I could have made my own thread, but instead I chose to tuck it into this one being that it was mildly relative.

Yeah, like Higlac said, I wasn't being serious. I don't lack faith that there will be an Episode 3 or anything like that.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else, I don't know anything about it and surmise that it's not gonna come out anytime soon.

Sorry, it's actually not out yet! They want to make it extra good and are taking alot of time to create, its supposed to be finished by the end of this year just so ya know!
