The entire trio of songs on Lateralus (Lateralus, Disposition, Reflection) that were originally one 20 minute track make for a pretty epic c-c-c-combo as well.

Best 20-minute moment on an album ever.

Lateralus is still their best song though. It's not as epic as Reflection/Disposition/Triad simply because it's about a third of the length, but it's better-constructed. And the transition into the final 2-minute part is amazing.

Rammstein is not completely terrible at what they do, but they are unfortunately limited by the very stale genre that they attach themselves to. Plus, I can't stand people who think that since their lyrics are in German, they're a) exotic, or b) Nazis. It's a surprisingly strong appeal, especially to the rebellious 14-year-olds who make up the majority of their fan-base.

I think German is just the perfect language for the kind of music they perform.

With regards to Rammstein, Reise Reise would have to be the most epic song I have ever heard. The intro alone will give you that impression.

And if the music is good, then the language shouldn't matter that much. Though something you can understand is almost always better than something you can't. Other language for the sake of other language is a bit stupid in that respect.
