- Crowbar gman in the face

- Rocket jump to avoid 10 minutes of unecessary zombie killing

Love to see what else is dooable out there ... if you need to record you can use Fraps

That last fall that sent you down to 13 health is kinda bogus, don't you think? It couldn't have been more than 10 (virtual) feet or so and you landed on grass. Guess Gordy doesn't know how to tuck 'n' roll...

In other words: Damn good job. I was wondering myself if that trek across the rooftops was possible, because of the way the game creates a 'sniper' and all that, I thought it'd change the map. Thanks for showing us the way!

Not bad at all. Not much for speed runs myself but you can find so many easter eggs doing that I guess.

I tried the one that skips you from near the sniper thing to the other side of the level near the car. Did it on my first go! It was awesome because I was doing the gnome run at the time.

The guys over at hl2dq (half life 2 done quick) will do a speedrun faster than anything i can do, because they abuse flaws in the games engine, use glitches and macro's etc etc ...
But i dont like that stuff, it's not as interesting to watch. I like using the game's physics, not abusing it. So there's no point me making a full-game speedrun, cause they'll beat it by miles.

I've come to conclude that Speed Runs = small balls. It's like they think they're better than the developers cus they can break the game.
