Episode One Won't Start!

Hi! When i start Episode One up it just freezes at the loading screen, and then when i ctrl+alt+del it i get this message:
"Can't find background image - 'materials/console/background.vtf'"
And the file offcourse isn't there, but there has to be a way to fix this "minor" problem though:dozey: ???

Actually, I moved it from the Half-Life 2 forum, but anyway, back on topic;
as Harryz said, try reinstalling/redownloading, I can't really see any other possible solution.
