Anyone play this game? The screenshots look kinda cool and I have a free 30-day trial, so I'll have a look, but is it worth my while?

I want the free trial! Seriously though, ive heard Eve is a great game, although the learning curce is a little steep, but once you get past that its a really deep, good looking game.

No. I dont think the combat in space ships is exactly controlled either. Its all nice a 3D but the combat sounds more statistics based....but im not entirely sure.

Well, I heard EVE is so HUGE that some ppl got so far that took days to return with their merchandise to the sell point.....

It has that Planetside feel, too BIG.

And the control see to be sorta like Diablo2 with ships...

Sounds pretty good. I like exploring. Freelancer was to linear for my taste. It seems here you can basically go where you want.
