Does anyone know wth that is? I tryed clicking on info and nothing comes up. (The i icon turns red) I tryed building it everywhere cant find it.

It has to be a bug. I can't reach the Information screen from the Research screen either.

Right, the whole reason tunneling is put into the game is to stop people doing silly things like barracade the inner sanctum door with items to protect the Evil Genius.
