Why do people have shirts and baseball caps with the word JEANS on them, if they are clearly not jeans. To add to this what is the obsession with having the word DENIM written on shirts not made of Denim!?!

I have never seen anyone do this as of yet, but I guess the blast hasn't hit the midwest yet.

Heh, fasion...tis a strange thing. People do it to fit in, yet the "cool" people are the ones who start the trend. Once its started, and everyone jumps on..it gets samy and people just go "bleh" after a while. Thats why its good to always have an edge, and try to change your style once in a while. It makes a good impression :D

I haven't seen people do that, but most fasions in the US stay there.

I just dress how I feel comfortable, if people don't like it then stuff em lol.

If I wrote polo on a tank top, sweat pants on shorts and top hat on a baseball cap do you think it would be a trend?! I bet it would!

Eh, never seen anyone with a shirt or hat that says "jeans" on them around here. Sounds pretty stupid tho. First one I see flaunting that crap is gonna get a word from the 5 fingers.

Ill just stick with basic blue jeans and a zeppelin shirt.

Fashion is one of those things that don't have to make sense.

Fashion is something people wear to "fit in", be a part of a community which in this case is good looking people from societys perspective. I try and stick out from the crowd though, that's why I'm growing rastafari hair.

Fashion is started by the human desire to be unique and then it grows with the human desire to be part of a community and fit in.

I dress to be neutral wherever I go, I don't want to be a punk, skater, goth, look rich, look poor, look professional, look casual, or look like a rapper. I find that works best since then you are alright everywhere you go and it gives you plenty of room to dress comfortably.

When I go out somewhere I try to dress nice...like wear one of those work shirts or whatever. But when i'm with friends or just relaxing i will just wear casual clothes...like shirt and jeans. You could consider that fashion....

Ah, you meant the company name :p. That is kind of dumb though, you'd think they'd have divisions so it didn't look so silly.

It's like an oil company called JanJun that seels gasoline, but on it the label says "JanJun Oil, Inc", etc

If you wear stuff like that, you are now a walking advertisement.
If it's clothes that are of a good standard, etc, stuff I approve of and the like, why would I have a problem with advertising it?

If you have a shirt about any product (Half Life 2 shirt, band shirt, anything) you advertise it, and that's good because if it's something you like, it's showing how good it is to other people, too, and it helps the economy.

I hate fashion, people always dump on me for wearing the wrong thing. I'm gonna start working out so I can become a nudist, without worrying about what people think of me :rolling:

I will stick with my blue jeans and whatever cool shirts I can find for cheap.

personally, i like wearing brands that no one else wears. when i was up in vancouver last month i bought a whole bunch of Roots crap cause you don't find that brand in the states (it was on sale too).

I have a hat that says "FBI" on it.....Does that make me lame? :(

I like to wear band T-Shirts also....infact I'm wearing one right now

YaY for me!

no, it doesn't its perfectly cool. Doesn't make you any less of a person, no just drop the expensive shirt, slowly. thats right

The only three core kinds of clothing I wear are:

Tropical shirts and designs.

Whites and blacks.

Camouflage and...whatever I grab when I wakeup in the morning.

I dont really care for name-brand design stuff, even if the person wearing it says something critical of me. I dunno, I dont like members of the Fashion police. :D

omg...! then... you must wear nothing at all!

:P

No matter what you wear someone will find a social class for you.

I dont think ive bought an item of clothing for around 4 months now. Ive got about 3 tshirts that i can wear and one pair of jeans.

Hmmmm, fasion..

I wear black and white normally. Maybe a bit of blue. :P

One thing I noticed about fasion in Britain atm....

MINISKIRTS ARE BACK!!!! :D :D :D

Let the good times roll!

Hehe...Yeah its true, they seem to be back in a big(or should I say little :dork:) way.

Not just any miniskirt though, mostly those frilly ones. I like some fasions floating around at the moment, they kind of include different aspects of all the 20th Century decades.

I do love those skirts, the more they wiggle the hips, the more bum they show :O :D
