Extremely strange bug

One nice day I had an idea of taking a spear ( found near 2 zombies next to a fire in sandtraps ) with the manipulator to nova prospekt and beyond. Everything went as normal, until I fired the spear at an antlion. The antlion died like normal, but I couldn't find the spear, so I decided to try to pull the spear from under the antlion. Then the strange part, I grabbed the antlion! I could throw it around, killing combines and such. It seems as the antlion had absorbed the spear...

My friend once managed to pick up an antlion with the gravity gun, and he could move it around and fire it. I don't know if it was because of this though...

I had that happen too, though I did find my spear after a while, and any antlions I killed with it were manipulatable.

that happened to my cousin. however, I don't think he used a spear or anything.

When ur on the buggy level and get to that house on the hill, there is a dead antlion there (well there was one for me). I was able to pick it up with the grav gun and throw it. It's the only time I've been able to see this. Just for your information !

yea the spear isn't absorbed, you just lost it
but the spear (boathook, actually) does make antlions gravgunnable, no idea why

This is actually either a bug (pardon the pun) or a easter egg. There IS one antlion in the game that you can pick up and throw around. I am not sure why this is (and I know it is NOT caused by the spear, cause I could pick him up, and I never found the spear at all). Maybe the devs forgot to set the flag on him that says "cannot be picked up by normal gravgun" or somesuch.
