Fable: Lost Chapters Leaked

Apparently the PC version of Fable, Fable: Lost Chapters, has been leaked out to the internet almost a month before it's release on September 20th.

Wonder who screwed up by letting that out?

Well, it just wen't gold last week, I think. It could have been any number of people. I'd love to play it now but I don't download video games so I'll just wait until it comes out.

Anyone care to explain what is it about, is it an RPG? I know Peter Mol... (sp?) developed it and thats about it. Is it one of those games where you have to put a lot of time and patience into it to get far?

I played it when it was released for Xbox (not the lost chapters of course). It was pretty fun. You create your own hero and do quests and progress through the game making your own evil/good choices that reflect on your character's appearance, people's reaction to you and whatnot.

Problems I had with the game -

1. Too short. It takes like 10 hours to beat
2. Too easy. I didn't even die the entire game
3. Not much replayability - When you finish, you can still explore and kill enemies to lvl up...but for no real reason. There were NO secrets apart from the demon doors and there aren't random quests or anything.

I still wanna check out lost chapters some time to see what they've added and whatnot.

Fable was fun, but it was waay to short and linear. I expected it to be open ended like Baulder's Gate or Fallout... but instead it was just a long line of missions... Somehow I doubt the Lost Chapters will be that great. The actual engine and character development was amazing though.

That doesn't give you the right to steal the game. If anything, it was your fault for buying into the hype and not waiting until the reviews came out.

I am going to wait to see if it is any good before buyin it. Games these days arnt any fun to download anyways. Fable is 2.43GB to download and is suppost to come on 4 CD's.

I mean I'll be waiting forever to download even on cable and what if it screws up? I have better things to do.

This game is amazing. The graphics are great and it has a different feel that sets it apart from other RGP'S. I recommend getting it.(Buying it that is )

Actually, it has more quests and weapons and whatnot.
Alot more stuff than the X-Box ver.

Well, I got it.

Buggy in places (stuff that doesn`t really matter, eg, flashing subtitles), but I`ve been glued, very good game, which means I`m going to have to buy it when it comes out.
